Foreign activists carried out a provocation this past Sunday in the Qusra area of Binyamin and assaulted Jewish residents. The activists are part of the international anarchist organization ISM (International Solidarity Movement)—a pro-Hamas organization whose founder even expressed support for the Oct. 7th massacre.
The organization was exposed in the series "The Informant” by Zvi Yehezkeli and Ad Kan, leading to it being banned in Israel. At the start of the war, Israeli Police detained several ISM activists and expelled them from Israel. However, recently a new delegation of ISM activists has arrived in the country and begun carrying out provocations in Judea and Samaria.
This morning, the activists arrived at Qusra and encroached upon Jewish communities causing several injuries.

According to the published itinerary, the activists are expected to carry out additional provocations in Judea and Samaria on a daily basis.
HaKol HaYehudi previously exposed several ISM activists operating in the Har Hebron area, who harass IDF forces, and express support for Hamas and Hezbollah while staying in Israel.
During the Second Intifada, ISM activists helped smuggle terrorists from the Gaza Strip into Tel Aviv, enabling a major terror attack.
The DMU project, which monitors foreign anarchists, said: "Despite the clear laws, danger, and repeated warnings, activists from a Hamas-supporting organization are allowed to enter the country freely. It is time for the State of Israel to protect its citizens and not allow these dangerous groups to operate from within its territory."
